Quit the game and now install the updated version of the mod, activate it and start the game. You might get a warning saying that the save relies on a mod that isn't available, but this isn't a problem.ДЄt this point, leave the game alone for a minute or so, to allow the engine to clean up any unused references, then make another hard save. Now start the game and load the save you just created. Once you've done that, quit the game and uninstall the old mod, then make sure that ALL traces of the old version (ESP/ESL/ESM files, BA2 archives, associated loose files if applicable) are removed from the game folder.
